Ownership
The company was formerly owned by the ALPIQ holding, based in Switzerland and present in 23 countries. In mid-2014 the management bought out the company. Since then we have been a member of the Kraft Group — a recognised player in industrial and power plant construction, building services, mechanical design and facility management.
Since 2025 Kraftszer has overseen the group's joint venture in the Netherlands, Kraft-Europe, and our export division works in the Benelux countries, Germany and Scandinavia.

Our guiding principle is that quality, safety and environmental protection are interlinked, and that improving them is everyone's task, responsibility and duty. Our integrated management system complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; we have worked to ISO 9001 since 1997.
