Installation of the industrial cooling system and its components, including connection to the machines. Construction of the process water, argon and N2 lines for the production lines. Installation of the plant's process extraction and dust extraction systems, including the AAF dust collectors for the H3 and H4 lines.
The plant's compressed air demand is met by 7 high-capacity air compressors; their installation and the construction of the compressed air system were also part of the work.
About the facility
The investor installed high-performance robotic production lines in the plant to manufacture catalytic filters for diesel cars using the world's most advanced technology. These lines needed cooling water, compressed air and other auxiliary gases (Ar, H2), and the clean environment required by the precision machines called for accurately controllable extraction and dust extraction. All of this was delivered to a standard that kept the industrial site fully environmentally friendly, with no harm caused to the environment whatsoever. The equipment and production lines run in an automatic cycle, under controlled human supervision.
