Delivery of all utility systems (black utilities) of the new vaccine plant, from design through construction to commissioning. Kraftszer Kft's task was to supply, install and position all machinery and equipment, as follows: boiler, boiler stack, compressors, autoclaves, air coolers, chillers, various packages, cleanroom equipment, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, air handling units, other ventilation equipment, dosing equipment, chemical dosing units, emergency showers and eyewash stations.
Complete piping of the machinery and equipment for each medium: preparation of header, routing and isometric drawings based on the layout (installation) drawings for each level. Approximately 25,000 m of piping was installed (in various pipe classes, from galvanised to stainless and heat-resistant steels), together with approximately 21,000 fittings and 4,500 valves (threaded and flanged), and nearly 14,000 welds were completed.
Start-up and commissioning of the system: pressure tests by system and medium (approx. 160 test circuits), construction of temporary installations, cleaning and blowing out, supervision and operation during start-up, recording of IQ/OQ data sheets
